My pastry menu

Hello! So, today we had to make a pastry menu, so I will post it here.

Starters:

Seafood & creamcheese tartalettes (with a shortcut pastry)


Bread slices with "sobrasada" and grilled goat cheese (is is a raw, cured sausage from the Balearic Islands made with ground porkpaprika and salt and other spices).


Main course

Apple struddle (with a puff pastry)

Mini spiced tuna "empanadas" (a stuffed bread or pastry baked or fried).

Dessert

Mille-feuille with chocolate and almonds

Strawberry puff stacks
